Hallowtree Scout Camp, Ipswich

All the members have gone, just a yellow plastic leveller left on the field after Eastern Regions successful temporary holiday site at Hallowtree, August 2004.
For those who missed it we are back in 2007. The photo shows the beautiful view across the River Orwell to Pinmill on the opposite bank.
This is such a good area to relax in, go fishing or just walk along the river to the Orwell Country Park. Felixstowe, Sutton Hoo, HMS Ganges Museum and Ipswich are all only a short drive away.
Lots to do, even the open top bus stop is at the end of the road, tickets last all day. Boat trips to Harwich or sight seeing along the river are just a few things to be done. Come and explore the area in 2007.
