Following the recent committee meeting on 7th June 2010, the South Suffolk committee have agreed that the ruling regarding stewarding grandfather rights will no longer stand.  However, a period of time will be allowed, to enable those members wishing to excercise their grandfather rights from this year for a particular meet venue in 2011, to register their interest.  Anyone wishing to confirm such interest needs to contact the Sites Secretary Angie Crawford on 01473 718063 or by email Angie.crawford@btinternet.com.  This period of grace will run until 19th September 2010, after which time, any right to excercise grandfather rights on stewarding will be lost.
