The weekend combines social events with information about the running of the Club. On Friday evening there will be a get together and quiz in the hall, Saturday lunch and dinner can also be ordered at a small additional cost.

The Regional Social Meet gives you a chance to meet with friends from other DAs or Sections, visit the historic town of Bury St.Edmunds and enjoy the facilities of the British Sugar Social Club. The club offers bar food in the evenings and Sunday Lunch, there will also be a live band playing on Saturday evening.

The site is Tent friendly with toilets and shower available.

The End of Season Celebration is a dinner dance for members and their friends and family which must be prebooked.

A provisional booking has been made with Hotel Elizabeth which will need to be confirmed early in 2010 when menu details will be finalised and a downloadable booking form will be available. Our target tickets cost is £30 per person.

Directions: 

Leave the A12 at junction 32b sp Copdock and Washbrook and follow Old London Road. The Hotel is on the left in approx 1 mile. Caravans use the 2nd entrance/exit and go into the rear car park.
