This THS is set well away from main roads on the Ravens field at the scout camp, with wonderful views overlooking the River Orwell. There are lots of walks that take you through the local country park or along the banks of the river, or take a short drive and you can visit local attractions like Sutton Hoo, the HMS Ganges Museum, Ipswich Transport Museum or Pin Mill. A slightly longer drive and you can stand beside the famous setting for Constable's Haywain. There is a park and ride not too far away that will take you into Ipswich for those in need of some serious retail therapy and the local pubs serve excellent meals
