Event Camp Sites - London 2012 Olympic Games

During the summer of 2012 the Club will be operating Event Camp Sites on behalf of various local authorities to coincide with the London 2012 Olympic Games. These camp sites will be in operation for no longer than 28 days and are open to both members and non-members.

Camping and Caravanning Club Pennons

There is to be a Pennon designed to mark the Queens Diamond Jubilee plus there is to be a limited edition Pennon(500) produced to mark Scott`s Antarctica Expedition on its anniversary in 2012.

Encouraging times for The Camping and Caravanning Club

Latest statistics have revealed that The Camping and Caravanning Club is enhancing its reputation as a family, friendly organisation.

Over 53,000 new members joined last year of which 21,217 had a least one child and the Club is optimistic that this figure will rise again in 2009 as families opt to stay at home.

The Club's advanced bookings are currently 15 per cent higher compared to this time last year and the signs look encouraging as the holiday season approaches, particularly in Scotland.
