Probably the best AGM you have ever been to. 

This meet is free to all members who have completed their East Essex DA Attendance cards and just £15 to those of you who haven't.

We have a live band on Saturday night which is free to all members camping with us.

Directions: 

From A130 Rettendon roundabout junction take the A132 and continue until you reach Burnham on Crouch. 100 yards before T-junction you will see the school grounds on the left hand side. Slow down and be prepared to take sharp left turn into school.

The End of Season Celebration is a dinner dance for members and their friends and family which must be prebooked.

A provisional booking has been made with Hotel Elizabeth which will need to be confirmed early in 2010 when menu details will be finalised and a downloadable booking form will be available. Our target tickets cost is £30 per person.

Directions: 

Leave the A12 at junction 32b sp Copdock and Washbrook and follow Old London Road. The Hotel is on the left in approx 1 mile. Caravans use the 2nd entrance/exit and go into the rear car park.
