This tranquil site has beautiful views across the River Orwell to Pin Mill and is located next to a country park that provides good walks through woodland and is ideal for river fishing.

Directions:

Travelling eastwards on the A14 cross the Orwell Bridge and exit at junction 57 signposted Ransomes Europark/Marriott Hotel. Keep in left hand lane and follow onto A1189 signposted Ipswich. In 200 metres turn left signposted Orwell Country Park. Follow lane over A14. Turn immediately left signposted Hallowtree and follow Holiday Site signs.

Travelling westwards on A14 exit at Junction 57 signposted Ransomes Europark/Marriott Hotel. Turn right at roundabout. At next roundabout take A1189 signposted Ipswich and proceed as above.

During the summer of 2012 the Club will be operating Event Camp Sites on behalf of various local authorities to coincide with the London 2012 Olympic Games. These camp sites will be in operation for no longer than 28 days and are open to both members and non-members.
