Please join us for our Annual Regional Meet and AGM at our brand new venue Haughley Park. Set in 250 acres of beautiful Suffolk parkland, Haughley Park is a privately-owned country estate with a sweeping driveway, landscaped gardens and stunning Jacobean manor house at its heart. With picturesque grounds with lots of walks and woodlands to explore we have hired the Park Barn.

Full weekend of activities including the annual inter DA challenge, lawn games etc.

Full entertainment package including the fantastic female vocalist Savannnah Love on Friday evening and the Claire Baker duo on Saturday all inside the ancient wedding barn.

Prices

For 3-night weekend a fee of £60 per unit which includes 2 adults & children under 18 years of age.

Or

For 2-night weekend a fee of £50 per unit which includes 2 adults & children under 18 years of age.

Additional adult members staying in the family unit will be charged an additional fee of

£7.50 per person per night.

 Day visitors wishing to stay on after the AGM for the fun and evening entertainment £7.50.

From Ipswich

From A14 take Junction 49 SP Stowmarket A1308, Haughley, Wetherden. Go R at roundabout to cross A14 and take 1st exit from next roundabout SP Haughley, Bacton, Wetherden & Haughley Park. Follow road for approx 2.5 miles through Haughley New Street to find the entrance on LH side then follow Eastern Region Signs to site.

From Bury St Edmunds

From A14 take Junction 47A SP Wetherden, Haughley Park & Haughley New Street. Follow road for approx 1.2 miles to find the entrance on RH side then follow Eastern Region Signs to site
